A team led by Dr Victor Zheng Wan-tai of CUHK’s Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies have looked into the Lee family archives, examining the imprint the family left on the city’s economic and societal growth. The milestones spanned the establishment of CUHK, the launch of its first wireless broadcaster, and the construction of the first-cross harbour tunnel.
