  • Mr Roger Luk Koon-ho has been reappointed as a member of the Council for a further period of three years with effect from 2 March 2023.
  • Mr Clement Fung Siu-to has been reappointed as a member of the Council for a further period of three years with effect from 18 May 2023.
  • Mr Heung Shu-fai has been reappointed as a member of the Council for a further period of three years with effect from 13 June 2023.
  • Mr Hamen Fan Shi-hoo has been reappointed as a member of the Council for a further period of three years with effect from 10 September 2023.
