Expressing feelings through sand

The Office of Student Affairs organized the “Beyond Success Talk Series (I): Healing Sandpainting” in early October. Presenting the talk was Ms Snow Chung, who used to be a full-time nurse and later devoted herself to sandpainting. In the talk, she shared about the artistic power of sandpainting, both to express inner feelings and to tell different stories. She also shared that when encountering difficulties during her career transition, she would patiently look for answers. She advised students that when they come under pressure, they can first calm down their emotions, and then slowly explore solutions.
