Chung Chi College’s Walk for Excellence raised funds for Project E

The second “Walk for Excellence: Project E Walkathon” of Chung Chi College was held on 18 May 2024 at the Peak on Hong Kong Island. It attracted over a hundred alumni and supporters to participate in the event with their family members and friends, generating strong momentum for the development of the College.

Starting from the Harlech Road Work-out Area, the participants passed through Harlech Road, Lugard Road and reached Peak Road, enjoying the beautiful scenery of Victoria Harbour.

The event raised over HK$2.2 million, doubling the original target of HK$1 million — an encouraging result for all concerned. “Project E” involves the construction of two buildings to be used as staff and student accommodation, an activity centre for alumni and a digital culture and art creativity centre near the MTR entrance to CUHK.
