In the newly released U.S. News and World Report’s Best Global Universities Rankings, CUHK has been placed 42nd and has come on top in Hong Kong for the second time. It also ranks in the world’s top 50 in eight subjects, including education and educational research (3rd), gastroenterology and hepatology (3rd), artificial intelligence (8th), computer science (12th), arts and humanities (26th), endocrinology and metabolism (32nd), clinical medicine (44th), and condensed matter physics (48th).
