OSA holds mental health self-care event

The Wellness and Counselling Centre of the Office of Student Affairs hosted a mental health self-care promotion event between 24-26 September 2024. “New Term, New Ways to Self-Care” attracted over 1,300 students and staff at the Cultural Square on campus, offering a range of activities designed to promote mental well-being. These included interactive booths, DIY workshops for creating self-soothing packs, photo-taking spots, and souvenir giveaways.
