Celebrating diversity at ‘In-tea-gration’ booths

The CUHK community gathered on campus to showcase the spirit of diversity and inclusion through the universal language of “tea”, honouring the rich traditions that connect us all. Held on 15 and 16 January, the event, “In-tea-gration”, attracted around 1,000 participants enjoying a variety of traditional teas and delicacies from the mainland, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

In addition to tea and snacks, participants also enjoyed an interactive voting game that highlighted the intertwined relationship between traditional tea culture and the appreciation of cultural diversity. D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) ambassadors and various student associations also contributed to the success of the event.
